1. General Provisions
Skynexst reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) linked to technical developments of the Site.
Skynexst reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, provided that each such modification will only apply to future purchases on the Site and will not affect your ongoing use of the Site.
If you do not agree to these or any future Terms, please do not use (or continue to use) the Site. At its sole discretion, Skynexst may also offer other services or features governed by different terms and conditions.

2. Skynexst’s Role in Transactions with You
Skynexst provides a platform for sellers who comply with Skynexst’s policies to offer and sell certain goods. Skynexst does not act as a seller of goods offered on the Site. By making an order on the Site, you enter into a purchase agreement directly with a seller, not with Skynexst. Any rights you may have regarding a product you purchased are solely against the sellers from whom you made the purchase and not against Skynexst.
All sellers listed on the Site are traders (legal entities or their equivalents under the applicable laws). This means that the EU consumer protection legislation applies to you and your contract with the seller.
Please note that Skynexst has no control over the quality, safety, morality, or legality of any aspect of the products, the truth or accuracy of product information, or the sellers’ ability to sell products. The sellers are ultimately responsible for these aspects.
You can find the contact details of the seller from whom you purchased/want to purchase a product on the product card. The seller is solely responsible for the validity and accuracy of the contact details displayed on the product card. If you are unable to contact the seller using the provided contact details, please notify us at support@Skynexst.com.
Skynexst acts as a commercial agent of sellers within the scope defined in the agreement between Skynexst and the sellers. This includes the authority and rights to negotiate and conclude transactions on behalf of sellers through the Site, set the final price for the products offered on the Site, and (at Skynexst’s sole discretion) assist sellers in handling buyer’s refund and guarantee claims. However, Skynexst does not act as a commercial agent for you.
Please note that the price at which a product is offered to you may be personalized based on an automated decision-making process and may differ from prices offered to other users.
Skynexst does not provide payment services. It acts solely as an agent of sellers for the purpose of receiving payments on behalf of sellers and facilitating the transfer of owed amounts from transactions between sellers and you on the Site. Skynexst has the right to designate one or more payment service providers (“PSP”) to handle payment processing, acceptance, acquiring, and servicing associated with transactions between sellers and you. Skynexst reserves the right to choose among different PSPs.
You may have the right to request a chargeback. A chargeback generally refers to a refund of the payment made by you, in whole or in part, by the card issuer upon your request or the request of an acquirer or other payment service provider according to the relevant payment scheme rules.
Skynexst is financially liable for chargebacks to sellers and, therefore, resolves chargeback-related disputes between customers (cardholders) and sellers. As a result, chargebacks related to customers and associated with fraud risks will be investigated by Skynexst and the payment service providers in accordance with their contractual obligations.
Your payment obligation to a seller is considered fulfilled once Skynexst (or its designated PSP, as applicable) receives the payment. Skynexst (via its PSP, as applicable) is then responsible for remitting the funds to the sellers as determined by the agreements between Skynexst, the seller, and the PSP. If Skynexst (via its PSP) fails to remit any such amounts to a seller, the seller’s recourse is solely against Skynexst (or its PSP, as applicable), and not against you directly.
Skynexst has the right to terminate your use of the Site and/or your registration privileges. This may occur if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws (such as infringing on our or third party’s intellectual property rights, using stolen credit cards for payments on the Site, or engaging in other unlawful activities). If Skynexst terminates your usage rights, Skynexst retains the right to exercise additional remedies and legal actions in connection with any claims, damages, awards, costs, and liabilities arising from or related to your breach or violation.
If you believe that Skynexst has breached any of its obligations (either under these Terms or under applicable law), you also have the right to terminate these Terms by canceling your registration on the Site.
5. Requirements for the information you post or display
As a user, you agree that any information you post or display shall:
- Be true, accurate, complete, and lawful.
- Not be false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Not contain defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, obscene, objectionable, offensive, sexually explicit, or harmful content, especially in relation to minors.
- Not promote or support discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
6. Your obligations
As a user of the Site, you agree to:
- Use the Site in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
- Notify Skynexst if you are acting as a business entity and not as a consumer before completing an order. By default, we consider you to be a natural person and consumer, as that is the purpose and operation of the Site.
- Provide accurate and valid delivery address information. We rely on this information to calculate and apply taxes and duties correctly. The delivery address you provide should be the location where you receive the product and where the product shipment ends. By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the specified address is complete, valid, and accurate.
- Not engage in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen credit/debit cards.
- Not misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity, such as registering on the Site under someone else’s name or using another person’s credentials.
- Not engage in spamming or phishing activities.
- Not copy, reproduce, exploit, or expropriate the Content or Site, including proprietary components, directories, databases, and listings.
- Not introduce computer viruses or other destructive devices, methods, or technologies that could damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any software, hardware system, data, or personal information.
- Not attempt to undermine the integrity of the data, systems, or networks used by Skynexst and/or the Site, or gain unauthorized access to such data, systems, or networks.
- Not access, use, or attempt to copy, reproduce, exploit, or expropriate our API unless specifically authorized by Skynexst for a specific purpose.
7. Age Verification
You are allowed to register on Skynexst if you are either 18 years of age or older, or if you are 16 years of age and registering with the permission and consent of your parents or legal custodian/guardian. Children under the age of 16 may not become a Skynexst user, and parents or legal guardians may not agree to these Terms on their behalf.
In case consent is required under the applicable law, by accepting these Terms, you provide your consent to Skynexst to contact you through email (if you share it with us), mobile phone (if you share it with us), and other communication channels available on the Skynexst platform, including push notifications.
We will send you notifications related to your use of Skynexst, security updates, and other platform-related matters, as well as promotional messages. You have the ability to adjust your communication preferences at any time by modifying your personal settings or by sending your request to privacy@Skynexst.com. Please note that certain service messages, including security and legal notices, cannot be opted out of, as they are not of a marketing nature.
Skynexst retains the right, though not the obligation, to monitor, decline, edit, or remove any portion of postings, submissions, or content if it violates these Terms.
By using Skynexst or engaging in communication with Skynexst or other users through the platform, you consent to receive communications from Skynexst, including emails, text messages, social network messages, and other forms of online, mobile, or traditional communication methods that currently exist or may exist in the future. Furthermore, you agree not to misuse the available communication tools on the Skynexst platform, including spamming, spoofing, sending unsolicited commercial or other messages, or transmitting content that violates these Terms.
The Skynexst platform, including all its components, features, content, and associated intellectual property rights such as patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, and know-how, are either owned by Skynexst or licensed to us by third parties. All rights, title, and interest in the aforementioned elements remain with us or our licensors. Furthermore, you are not permitted to remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notice or legend found on the Skynexst website, app, or within the content.
You must access the Skynexst platform solely through the provided interface and refrain from using any means other than those offered by Skynexst.
Please refrain from using any part of Skynexst’s intellectual property or content. Your use of the platform, in whole or in part, does not grant you any rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce or utilize Skynexst’s intellectual property and/or content.
10. Consequences of Your Feedback and Content Submissions
Skynexst appreciates your feedback, which can be submitted through the designated email addresses for specific purposes. However, if you send us, post, or embed any of the following via the Skynexst website, app, or any of its components:
- Feedback, messages, or comments
- Creative or original concepts or ideas
- Content, data, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials
- Confidential, proprietary, or other information (referred to as a “Submission”)
By submitting a Submission, you represent and warrant to Skynexst that you either own the Submission or have the right to grant Skynexst the license described below.
You acknowledge that Skynexst is not obligated to compensate you for the license or Submission, beyond the provided opportunity to use the platform. Once you submit a Submission to Skynexst, it is no longer considered confidential or non-public, and Skynexst has the freedom to post or utilize the entire Submission or any part of it. If a Submission or its content is posted or used via the Skynexst platform, you agree that the Submission and its content become publicly available and can be used by others.
By providing a Submission to Skynexst through the website, app, or any other means, you:
- Agree not to make any Submission that violates these Terms or contains inappropriate content, as defined below.
- Automatically grant Skynexst a worldwide, unlimited, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable license to use the Submission and exercise all copyright, publicity, and other rights related to the Submission for the entire duration of the copyrights, including any legal extensions, for any purpose.
- Assume liability for any use of the Submission via the Skynexst platform and indemnify and hold Skynexst harmless against any third-party claims arising from such use of the Submission.
11. Inappropriate Content
Inappropriate content is strictly prohibited on the Skynexst platform. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, alcohol, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, tobacco and tobacco products, adult or pornographic material, offensive material, and obscene material, as well as any reference or mention of the aforementioned items. In situations where a third party claims that any content posted or uploaded by you on our platform violates their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy, we reserve the right to disclose your identity to the concerned party. Any form of verbal or written abuse towards Skynexst employees, officers, partners, or customers, including threats of abuse or retribution, may result in immediate termination of your account. Skynexst may remove inappropriate content after issuing a written notice, during which you will have the opportunity to demonstrate that the posted content is not inappropriate.
The Skynexst platform may contain information and materials uploaded by other users, including on bulletin boards and chat rooms. Please note that we do not verify or approve such information and materials. The views expressed by other users on the platform do not necessarily represent the views or values of Skynexst.
12. Linking and Third-Party Content
The Skynexst platform may include links to third-party websites that are not under our control or operation. Such links are provided solely for convenience purposes. Skynexst is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained within a linked site. Additionally, the website and/or app may feature news, advertisements, content, images, and information published by various third-party providers. The use of any third-party content may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third party. It is your responsibility to ensure the protection of yourself, your device, and your systems against worms, viruses, Trojan horses, and any other harmful content.
You may link to the Skynexst home page in a manner that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. The link should not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. Furthermore, you must not establish a link to our site on any website that you do not own, and the website you link to must comply with our content standards at all times.
Our site must not be framed on any other website, and you may only create a link to the Skynexst home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without prior notice at any time.
13. Copyright Infringement
At Skynexst, we hold a deep respect for the rights of artists and content owners. We diligently address any notices regarding alleged copyright infringements.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Skynexst, please notify our copyright agent at ipr@Skynexst.com. When submitting your report, kindly provide the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on Skynexst.
- Information that enables Skynexst to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
14. Ranking and Search Results
Skynexst offers a search function that allows you to find specific products on the platform. When you enter keywords in the search query, the system presents you with relevant search results. The primary parameters determining the ranking are explained on the search query page. Below, we provide further details on the ranking mechanism.
The product offers presented to you in response to your search query are listed by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who are professional sellers bound by the applicable legislation.
The search results are selected by an automated algorithm designed to identify the most relevant products based on your search query. The algorithm takes into account the following factors:
- Product name and description provided in the product card, prioritizing precise descriptions that match your request.
- Category names under which the products are listed on the platform.
- Different options available for the same product, such as size, color, or model.
- Country of origin for the product. For example, if you search for Korean cosmetics, the algorithm will consider products from Korean sellers as more relevant.
The algorithm chooses a set of products from all the offerings by sellers in your region. Within this set, the products are automatically ranked from most to least relevant and presented to you. The ranking criteria include:
- Popularity of the product, determined by the number of searches, views, and orders.
- Number of reviews and the product rating displayed in the product card.
- Your specified country in settings or previously used delivery addresses, prioritizing products popular in your region.
- Price, with lower-priced products that match your request being more popular among users.
- Your browsing and purchasing history on the platform.
Among the search results, you may encounter products labeled with an “AD” badge. This badge indicates that the seller paid for the promotion of the product and its higher ranking in search results. However, these products still correspond to your search query and are chosen by the same algorithm described above. The total number of “AD” products in search results will not exceed 40% of the products selected by the algorithm.
15. Reviews and Product Rating
At Skynexst, product reviews are readily available on our platform, both within product cards and in a designated section called “Users’ Reviews.”
Within each product card on Skynexst, you can find authentic feedback and ratings left by users who have ordered that particular product on our platform. The product rating is displayed as a numeric value and a star rating, calculated based on the average of the published reviews. Our review and rating system ensures that only users who have purchased the product can leave reviews and ratings, preventing unauthorized third-party submissions.
If a product has different variants, such as size or color, all reviews for those variations are published on the same product card page.
Neither Skynexst nor sellers have the ability to modify or delete published reviews. However, the authors themselves can update, amend, or delete their own reviews at any time. All published reviews undergo moderation, either through automated processes or manual review, to identify and remove abusive or explicit language, hate speech, or any violations of our Terms. Additionally, reviews may be delisted if a seller substantiates a claim that the content of the review is unrelated to the product or raises legitimate doubts about its authenticity. Such reviews are promptly removed, and their ratings are not considered in the calculation of the product rating.
Users may be incentivized to publish reviews, such as receiving bonus points or other rewards, including coupons, for sharing their feedback on the ordered products. However, these rewards are not contingent upon the content of the review, whether it is positive or negative.
In some product cards, alongside user reviews, you may also find feedback from quality specialists. These specialists, external service providers, inspect a sample of the product before it is shipped to the customer. Their evaluation focuses on ensuring that the product dispatched matches the one depicted in the product card, verifying the packaging’s condition to maintain safety during transportation, and meeting other specific requirements depending on the product type. It’s important to note that quality specialists do not assess the functionality or overall compliance of the product with the seller’s product offer displayed on Skynexst. They examine only one random example of the product sent by the seller to a specific customer, and their review does not impact the quality or conformity of all similar products. The actual seller, whose contact details are available in the product card, assumes full responsibility for any non-compliance or defects of the product.
Skynexst also provides a separate section on the platform called “Users’ Reviews,” where all registered users can share posts related to the products available on our platform. Regardless of whether a user has purchased the product or not, they are able to post information pertaining to the products offered. Please note that we do not verify the accuracy of the posts published in this section or whether the user has used the product(s) mentioned in their post.
16. Sales, Customs, and Taxes (including VAT)
At Skynexst, we prioritize compliance with consumer legislation and strongly urge our sellers and users to adhere to customs and value-added tax (VAT) regulations.
Please be aware that your purchases on Skynexst may be subject to specific sales, customs, or VAT charges, which are applicable to your orders and are your responsibility to pay. When placing an order through our platform, you are considered the importer of goods and must fully comply with all laws and regulations of your country relating to the ordered products.
The prices displayed on Skynexst include any applicable VAT and other taxes based on the product and your purchase agreement. Please note that VAT and other tax amounts may be adjusted after you provide the complete shipping address. However, any adjustments will be made before the payment stage, ensuring that you have the exact and full amount payable for your order. If shipping costs apply, they will also be clearly displayed on the platform. The total cost of your order comprises the price of the products and any delivery charges, with additional costs such as customs taxes potentially applicable to your specific order.
Invoices will either be automatically generated and available to you upon purchase on Skynexst or provided by the sellers in paper format. These invoices serve as valid VAT invoices. By placing orders on our platform, you consent to receive invoices electronically via email or through your Skynexst account. If you have not received an invoice within 30 days from the order date, please double-check that you have provided the correct email address or contact our support team for assistance.
Various logistics providers, customs brokers, and other third parties may be involved in delivering your ordered products and handling customs clearance. The following companies are some of the entities that may participate in customs clearance for your orders:

By placing an order on Skynexst, you acknowledge and agree that the companies responsible for delivering your products (including those mentioned above) will handle customs clearance services in your name and on your behalf, as required by customs authorities. These entities are considered duly authorized by you to provide any necessary activities related to product delivery.
As the user, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your activities on Skynexst, as per the tax regulations in your country of residence.
At Skynexst, we acknowledge and respect the legal rights entitled to you under the legislation of your place of residence, including the legal guarantee of conformity for the received product and the legal warranty against hidden defects. These rights grant you certain remedies for a limited period (usually 2 years from the receipt of the product) in the event of non-conformity or hidden defects. You have the right to request from the seller one of the following remedies: product repair, product replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation with a full reimbursement of the paid price.
If the seller offers a commercial guarantee that provides more advantageous terms than the legal guarantees mentioned above, you may request the seller to provide you with such a commercial guarantee. The conditions for this guarantee will be freely determined by the seller and specified in the product description of the ordered product.
Please note that the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply independently of any commercial guarantee provided by the seller, as defined by the seller.
18. How to Purchase
At Skynexst, we’ve made it easy for you to make a purchase on our website. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Browse and select your desired product. Choose any available variants such as color, size, or bundle options.
- Click “Add to Cart” to add the product to your shopping cart.
- Adjust the quantity if needed (the default quantity is 1).
- Click “Buy” to proceed with your purchase.
- On the next page, click “Next” to continue.
- Enter your personal data and shipping information as requested.
- Review the provided data and confirm your order.
- Input your payment card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Please note that your card data is encrypted and securely processed by the bank’s billing system.
- It’s important to note that we regularly update the order process to enhance your experience on the Skynexst website and ensure compliance with any changes in legislation.
When making a payment for the chosen product, you will utilize the necessary payment services of our designated payment service providers (PSPs). If you prefer not to proceed with the available PSPs, simply close the payment window and cancel your order.
Your payment may be processed through SIA Skynexst (Gustava Zemgala gatve 78-1, LV-1039, Riga, Latvia), Skynexst USA Inc (701 Palomar Airport Rd Suite 300, Carlsbad, CA 92011), Renderwison LTD (FLORINIS 7, GREG TOWER, 2ND FLOOR, 1065, NICOSIA, CYPRUS), or Cellar Door Limited (Suite 2B, 143 Main Street, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar).
If you make additional purchases on our website, you agree to continue using the services of the same PSP, or you can choose an alternative payment method from the available options.
Once payment is completed, the seller will receive your order information within 2 hours. If you change your mind within this 2-hour window, you can easily cancel the order at the bottom of the order page (refer to “How to Request a Refund” below), and it will be promptly canceled. Please note that this cancellation right is in addition to your right of withdrawal as specified in the section below.
Typically, it takes 1-2 days for a seller to ship your order. However, please keep in mind that exact shipment and delivery times may vary depending on your location. If the seller fails to dispatch the order within 10 calendar days from the date of your order, the order will be automatically canceled, and the funds paid for the order will be refunded to you within 14 calendar days.
19. Refund Terms. Withdrawal Right
At Skynexst, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Here are the details regarding refunds and your right to withdraw from a purchase:
- You are eligible for a full refund from the seller under the following circumstances:
- If the product has not been delivered within the indicated timeframe at the time of your order, due to reasons beyond your control. Please note that failure to pick up a product from the specified pick-up point does not qualify as non-delivery. In specific cases, the mentioned period may be extended, and you will receive prior notification before your order is accepted.
- If the product’s quality differs from what was specified in the relevant product description on our website, and it prevents you from properly enjoying the product. For instance, if the information provided in the description turns out to be incorrect.
- If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal. More details on this are provided below.
Skynexst’s support team will assess refund requests related to product quality within 30 calendar days from the day you received the product, based on the available tracking information. If the 30-day period has elapsed or you disagree with Skynexst’s decision, you should contact the seller directly. In some cases, additional evidence, such as photos or videos of the defective product, may be required to determine your eligibility for a refund or other forms of compensation from the seller or Skynexst (if offered in addition to legal entitlements guaranteed by the seller).
When returning a product, please send it back to the seller. The return address can be found in the product card under the seller’s information section. If the seller is located in a different country from where you placed the order, you may be required to ship the product to the seller’s country. If you need assistance in finding the return address, you can always contact Skynexst’s support team.
If you are entitled to return the product under applicable laws (e.g., due to defects or incorrect delivery), the seller will compensate you for the documented costs of return. However, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund may be withheld until the seller receives the returned product or until you provide proof of product dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal provided by sellers:
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract with the seller within 14 days without providing any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received the product (i.e., when you physically acquired it or when a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired possession of the product).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact Skynexst via email@example.com and clearly state your intention to withdraw from the contract (the order made on our website). You can also directly contact the seller using the contact details available in the product card or provided by Skynexst’s support team upon request.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal on the Skynexst website by submitting a withdrawal request via the chat with our support team, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period (counted from the date of product receipt) expires.
Upon withdrawing from the contract, you will be reimbursed for payments made, including the delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option available during the order completion). The reimbursement will be issued without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which Skynexst and the seller are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise or if the payment method is no longer available (e.g., if your bank card is no longer valid or the payment method is not supported on our website).
You should send the product back to the seller using the return address provided in the product card. Please ensure that you return the product without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you notified Skynexst and the seller about your decision to withdraw. The product must be returned within this timeframe to meet the return deadline.
You will be responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a manner other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:
There are situations where you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract with the seller. These situations include:
- When the product is made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- When the product is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- When the product is a sealed item that is unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken after delivery.
- When the product is inseparably mixed with other products after delivery due to its nature.
- When the product is an audio, video recording, or computer software that was unsealed after delivery.

20. How to Request a Refund?
There are several ways to request a refund from Skynexst’s seller:
If it has been less than 2 hours since your purchase, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Simply go to “My Orders” on the Skynexst website, select the order you want to cancel, and click on the “Order cancellation” button at the bottom of the order page.
If the product you received does not match the description provided on the Skynexst website, you can request a refund. Go to “My Orders,” select the relevant order, and click on “Product related issues.”
If the delivery of your order has exceeded the specified timeframe and the product has not been delivered, you can request a refund. Go to “My Orders,” select the order, and click on “No” on the green pop-up.
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal according to the terms mentioned earlier, you can request a refund. Go to “My Orders,” select the order, and click on “Product related issues.”
The refunded amount will be transferred to the card you used for the purchase through the designated payment service provider (PSP). In some cases, exceptions may apply, such as technical limitations in processing the refund via the same payment method or card expiration. If such situations occur, you will be asked to provide an alternative card or your PayPal wallet details to proceed with the refund.
Skynexst aims to process valid refund claims within 14 days, with a typical processing time of 2-3 days.
21. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Your use of the product is at your own risk to the extent permitted under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skynexst, its licensors or suppliers, and the seller explicitly disclaim all liability for any claims related to product failures resulting from product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
However, these terms do not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights that you may have and that cannot be legally restricted or excluded. Specifically, nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury.
- Skynexst’s gross negligence.
- The statutory warranty of the seller for hidden defects and the statutory warranty of product conformity.
Assignment: You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these terms, your rights, obligations, or your account on the Skynexst website without prior written consent from Skynexst. Skynexst may not transfer, assign, or delegate these terms, rights, and obligations without your consent, which could potentially diminish your rights.
22. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Skynexst website shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Latvia, except for the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from the protections provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and have the right to file a claim via an online dispute resolution platform accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
All claims and disputes, including non-contractual claims and disputes, arising from or related to your use of the Skynexst website will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where you reside. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Riga, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights under these Terms in Riga or the competent court in your country of residence.

23. Dispute Notice
Before initiating any dispute or court proceedings, you and Skynexst each agree to provide the other party with a written notice (“Notice of Dispute”). The Notice of Dispute should include:
- A written description of the issue along with relevant documents and supporting information.
- Statement specifying the desired relief sought.
Send the Notice of Dispute to 78-1, Gustava Zemgala St, LV-1039, Riga, Latvia, and email a copy to support@Skynexst.com. Skynexst will provide you with a Notice of Dispute via the email address associated with your Skynexst User ID. Both parties agree to make efforts to resolve the dispute during a 45-day period after the Notice of Dispute is provided and refrain from initiating any court proceedings until the 45-day resolution period has elapsed.
